Shipping Information

Shipping is US Postal Service. Domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail. 

During the Covid-19 crisis, International orders may be shipped Priority Mail International.

International orders are not insured and all customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. RealSpace Models is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. Lost orders may be replaced at the convenience of the seller.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Kit and conversion returns are accepted up to 30 day of receipt of the order by the customer. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

If you wish to exchange a product, no restocking charges will apply. Credit or balance will include shipping charges. No returns will be accepted for drawings or digitral media.
