I thought I’d post a short note to say that as someone who works from home, I was already close to being self-isolated. I will continue to take and fill orders as long as I can get the needed raw materials shipped in and the Post Office remains open.
3/29/20 EDIT NOTE: I have taken the step to have order packages picked up by the Post Office carrier rather than going out to the Post Office myself. The Stay-At-Home order for our city had something to do with this, but it’s also just prudent at this point in the crisis. As a result, international shipping costs will increase because in order to have international shipping packages picked up by the post office it must be shipped by Priority Mail International, which is more expensive than the standard First Class International I have been using. I’m sorry for the shipping charge increase, but I don’t set those prices. When things get back to normal I will switch back to the less expensive service.
While more and more of us find themselves having to stay home, building models can be a good way to keep your mind off current events.
